What is the Impact Community?

The Impact through Science, Technology, and Social Good or Impact Living-Learning Community (LLC) is a LLC and initiative open to all first-year students who are interested in exploring issues of:

  • Diversity & Social Good
  • Community Engagement
  • Sustainability

Through fun field trips, local Atlanta outings, service projects, and more, Impact puts students directly in the campus and surrounding Atlanta community, rich with opportunities to engage and take part in. Impact also incorporates elements of existing Institute Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs such as events, mentorship, community service, and community building. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!
